The Gospel of John 16:14-15 When God Says...I Say, AMEN!

When God Says …

“He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.”(John 16:14-15 KJV).

Continuing His parting Words to His young apostles, the Lord Jesus reassures them that the presence of the Holy Spirit is Him in place of His physical absence. The Holy Spirit works to glorify the Son and the Father. He teaches us truth, speaking of Christ Jesus and the Father.

The fullness of God’s triune deity dwells in Christ Jesus in bodily form (Colossians 2:9). Those who saw Him, saw the Father. The Holy Spirit ushers in to reveal to us - who receive His Lordship through grace by faith, completely, that: “He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.” (Colossians 1:15-20 ESV).

And I say, AMEN!

When God says... I say, AMEN! is a provocative reflection of the Lord's holy Word. It intends to challenge every seeker of truth to dig deep into the core of the Word of Life to point every being to Christ Jesus - the author and finisher of our faith, and to draw revelations for change, for nourishment and for strength of every soul.
