When God Says …

“No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.” (John 1:18 KJV)

The Word, who was in the beginning, the only begotten and eternal Son of God, who forever rests in the bosom of the Father, He is the unseen being of the Father Himself who became flesh, the perfect Man, God incarnate. No one has seen God at any time. Except the one and only begotten Son of the Father who came to live among us, had Him displayed for us to behold.

The Lord Jesus Christ is the true reflection of the Father revealed to us, so that we can truly see and experience who God is and the depth of His love. He came for us, to be with us, so we can be with Him. By His Word and by the testimony of the apostles and the disciples, we can know Him. We can only know God the Father by knowing His only Son, “No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son,” (John 1:18a NIV)

Being full of grace, His transcending love is upon us as we receive His only begotten Son by faith. The Lord Jesus Christ, “He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.” (Colossians 1:15-17 ESV)

And I say, AMEN!
