The Gospel of Luke 1:53 When God Says...I Say, AMEN!

When God Says …

“He hath filled the hungry with good things; And the rich he hath sent empty away.” (Luke 1:53 KJV).

Mary’s glorious songs of praise to God for His faithfulness, grace, mercy and love continue to pronounce the truth that brings joy to those who seek the Lord with hungry longing for Him. Humanity, not withstanding of what or who they are - rich or poor, sinner or saint, whether they accept it or not, they need God’s grace. Every one needed salvation by His grace.

As we approach the Lord Jesus Christ by believing, our hunger and thirst He satisfies and quenches. The Lord will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Ephesians 4:19). He quenches our thirst (John 7:37-39). He uses the wicked to gather riches and empty them to be laid for the righteous (Proverbs 13:22). Thirty years later, the baby who Mary carried in her womb, declares- ““Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.” (Matthew 5:3-6 ESV).

And I say, AMEN!
